when the peoples can understand what you have just shared…it could start an insightful change…but when the media is controlled by the same system which has both control of sharing/ manipulation and actuated knowledge than we have a problem…( we are wise….the sheep are sheep …it does not matter scenario)

forget the charts for a moment. look at what’s going on around you. the fed is giving away fiat and has absolutely no specific power to do so. physical is out of circulation and only paper remains. when the comex changed to rules to allow etf paper for delivery, the finale has arrived. the only question now is when the system changes. will it be immediate or gradual?
gold is now traded as paper and physical. physical in the hand and in someone else’s hand. if you do not have direct physical control of the physical, you have paper which can be manipulated and someone, somewhere can declare it worthless.
i own a small amount of physical and some paper. i realize that someday i must make a decision about the paper.
to delve further into your question, does the little guy have access to all the gold sales by the imf and others? who bought all the gold when the bank of england was selling. imho, only the very financially elite have been able to purchase significant amount of physical. the rest of us get the scraps and all the paper we want. the paper reflecting forms of pm have been printed much as the usd. look up how much stock dilution has occurred in the miners. gold will have to go to 10,000./oz for some of those miners to be profitable on a per share basis.
stocks are being manipulated just like every other market. corporate insiders are looting the companies and then selling more stock. as long as suckers will buy the new issue, they will keep looting. when the suckers run out of fiat, corporate looters will walk away.
the price of gold is what you can get it into your hand for. everything else is smoke and mirrors.

I hope I am too but it is following the same pattern of the 1918 flu. So far last counted 80 people have died here in Calif all reports I see they were young the nurse being the oldest I hear of but don’t know the ages off all. But the nurse was in good shape probably took supplements ran and sky dived etc. If it continues its pattern this fall winter the deaths will speed up. The last time “ people died faster than they could bury them”. Most were young, in their 20s but the highest percentage of age was 20-50s and 20-40 the highest. Of course all age groups died but esp.without immediate care but those with the best immune systems died..20 -30 yrs old. Like they are now.
regarding the flu thread…..the system will ..has ..will continue to use ever tool required to achieve their goals….you sir , know this simple insight…history..when read…or more correctly stated .( when real truth was exposed to past footprints in history these limits were as reality…key word … exposed)….has proven this comment.

A simple question…..Friday’s gold rallying moment…does any reader have a logical explanation why?..why the system allow this event to occur? We all are knowledgeable that gold should have reflected a higher value months/years ago. The point… are we witnessing an event or just another confusing direction. The facts are old regarding why it should have rallied in the fall of 2008 to now. It did not….no smile
the system has not changed… the nonsense that the FED fiat based system is now …allowing a revaluation of gold to fiat is …what…? no charts please. My point….are we about to see a coming collapse of the Fed fiat to establish a new system controlled by the old system? A new more encompassing control after the fact?

If you only take one at a time..how many times and how far apart between doses ..how many doses before you decide its not working..other than person current condition. Or how long does it take to take effect? I will try to get your email later.It is here in Sac. and they are not doing what your city is..don’t think anything wrong with over doing this one. Actually Ive had my days too. I got pulled over in LA once by two cops. They said I can’t believe you hit that corner going 50 mile hr..actually eveyone drove fast there…Then one said What I can’t believe is you passed US TO DO IT. Somehow I didn’t get a ticket. If it was here they probably would have thrown in assalt charges or something.
Now I know where the helmets come in..makes sense now.

A new bill signed into law this month by Gov. Linda Lingle has some frequent Las Vegas visitors and local CPAs scratching their head.
Under House Bill 1495, no longer will gamblers be able to offset their winnings with their losses for Hawai’i state income tax purposes. Previously gamblers would be taxed only on their net winnings, but now they will be taxed on gross winnings.
A Hawai’i resident who wins $10,000 in a year, for example, and loses $9,000 in the same year used to be taxed only on the $1,000 in net winnings. Under the new law, that resident would be taxed on the full $10,000 in winnings.
Even if you end up a net loser, you will still be taxed on whatever you won along the way.
Dennis Kohara, a certified public accountant in Honolulu, called the law “ridiculous.”
“You sit down at the blackjack table. You win a hand. You lose the next one. You win another hand. You lose the next one,” he said.
And, under the new law, you now owe taxes on all the winning hands, which are not offset by any of the losing hands, Kohara said.
State Rep. Pono Chong, who sponsored the legislation, acknowledged that Kohara is correct.
However, Chong said, the new law will mainly affect those who have substantial winnings, along with substantial losses.
The law is expected to add about $300,000 a year to Hawai’i tax revenue.
Chong, D-49th (Mauna- wili, Olomana, Enchanted Lake), introduced the measure as a way to bring in additional revenue at a time when the state is “undergoing a significant and possibly protracted economic downturn in tandem with the national and global economic and financial crises.”
He said no one wanted to increase taxes, but something had to be done to address the state’s budget deficit. Chong said his bill was one of numerous measures taken to address the shortfall.
He also noted that Hawai’i is one of only two states where gambling is not permitted. The previous statute that allowed offsetting wagering income with wagering losses “in effect subsidizes the other 48 states that do allow gambling.”
Some in Vegas have not taken the news lightly. Even before the new bill had been signed into law, April Gardner, staff editor for CasinoGamblingWeb.com, criticized Chong as hypocritical for questioning whether it’s good policy to allow Hawai’i taxpayers to make deductions for an activity that’s not even allowed in their state.
“Of course,” wrote Gardner, “the state has no problem taking the taxes on money that is won in other jurisdictions.”
Frequent Vegas traveler Robyn Oshita-Vranesevic falls into the category of the average gambler — win a little here, lose overall.
She used to have plenty of losses to offset her winnings.
“When we did go to Vegas I lost my behind,” she said.
She said she understands the government’s need to make up for lost income but suggested they do it elsewhere.
“I can see why the government wants to do it,” she said. “Because there’s probably a lot of untapped money out there. But you know what? Make marijuana legal and tax that instead.”
The Department of Taxation, which supported the bill, has said it’s unclear how much the law will actually bring in to the state. However, if it is assumed the gambling losses remain at the $5 million level currently claimed, the revenue gain could be $300,000 a year, the department said in testimony in support of the measure.
The new law is retroactive to January of this year.
